Your order is usually shipped the same day you place it, providing we have payment confirmation before 3 p.m. (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Of course, should you miss the deadline, it will be sent the next business day.

Please Note: A check or money order is not confirmed until it clears the bank. We are not responsible for your order once it is in the shipper's possession. Your order may be drop-shipped by our vendors. Domestic orders are those placed within the continental United States. All other locations are considered an international order.

Post Office Box: Please, give your street shipping address when ordering. If you cannot do so, a special handling charge and actual postage may be applied to your order. You are not eligible for any shipping discounts, free offers, or same day shipping. UPS and other formal shipping companies cannot deliver to a P.O. box.

Domestic orders are shipped UPS: Your order is insured and you can find out where it is, 24hrs a day, using the tracking number. If there is a problem, together we can contact UPS, but ultimately, you will have to collect the insurance from UPS should your order be misplaced. The tracking number is provided to you upon request. With some orders, UPS will send the number to you automatically by e-mail when the package ships. Domestic orders usually arrive within three to five business days.

A courier of our choice ships international orders. The order will usually go out the same day it is confirmed, but occasionally confirmation may require an extra step, such as calculating actual shipping charges. At no time will an international order qualify for free shipping. Any taxes, by customs or otherwise, are your responsibility. International orders usually arrive in three to six business days.
